Weight Loss Plan - Again!!!
Okay, in my series of weight loss plan, I never really follow the plan. So, right now, my spirit to lose weight is shooting up through the roof!! Yes!! I will never give up this time!! And I will definitely do a more reasonable plan.
So, what do I do? I divided my plan into three phases:
Phase 1 = lose 20 pounds
Phase 2 = lose another 20 pounds
Phase 3 = maintain the loses of the 40 pounds and build muscles
So, how do I do my weight loss plan?
I keep everything as simple as I could.
Firstly, I change a little part of my lifestyle:
- Eat a lot more fruits and veggies
- No food except fruits/veggies after 6pm.
- Go to gym at least 1 hour per day (cardio and weight lifting)
- Eat smaller portion of lunch and early dinner.
- Drink 1 whole glass of water 30 minutes before mealtime to reduce hunger.
My daily food logs:
Morning: Breakfast & Milk (sometimes i don’t eat breakfast since i always wake up late)
About 12.30pm: Lunch (1 small plate- half portion of my normal size)
Between 12.30-5.30pm: If I feel hungry, I’ll eat some fruits or yogurt
About 5.30pm: Dinner (1 small plate- half portion of my normal size)
About 9.00pm ++ : Supper (1 apple, 5 strawberries mixed with yogurt. Nyum nyum)
My daily gym activities:
Cardio:
- Running/hiking machine: 20 minutes
- Cycling: 20 minutes
- Running: 20 minutes
- Weight Lifting: 30 minutes
Total: 1.5 hour
Supplementary Food:
I want to lose weight AND gain muscles to prepare myself for next year’s fencing. So, I get this stuff:
- One a Day Weight Smart Multivitamin for Women (after lunch - in case if my food doesn’t have the minerals I need)
- Zentrex-3 - Actually this one comes from the one I bought before. I won’t buy anymore after I finished this one since it is high in caffeine. My weight coach said drinking caffeine before weight lifting will help to burn more fat. So, I will eat zentrex-3 about 30 minutes before doing my workout. If you like coffee, you can drink a cup of coffee before working out.
- Fat Burner Protein Power Shake - Burn fat and gain muscles. Every 1 lbs of muscles will burn 50 calories/day without doing anything while 1 lbs of normal fat will only burn 2 calories/day without doing anything.
- Metamucil Fiber Supplement - supply fiber and help me get the things out of my colon everyday.
- SlimFast Meal Replacement - Whenever I feel the urge to eat a lot, I will drink this one. It is very delicious and 1 glass of SlimFast makes me full =)
Okay, that is my plan! You can try to if you want =) This is my “before” picture. I will update my after picture once I get to Phase 3 =)

yea, i guess it is better to change my lifestyle.. it will ensure that i lose weight and keep it off~ =)
Honestly, u dont look fat. like, seriously!! anyhow, how’s the weight loss going? nanti balik malaysia…. haha.. don’t wanna say.. cause i know that for me, personally, memang sure naik this summer

hahahahahha sarah, you really like to show up on my weight loss posts ^_^. Well, I lost 5 lbs before coming home, i hope i won’t gain it back.. huhu.. currently trying to go to the gym everyday (but also depends on mama because she’s the one who drive the car) ^_^ but today i will get my car back.. yeay!!! so, i can decide where i want to go ^_^ malaysian food so tasty — making my weight loss plan harder to achieve .. haha

I am glad to see your determination here. (in this special project) Heheh… not that I want to “sibuk” here but just wanna assure you that fencing does help you lose weight. Some of our fencers have achieved some significant weight loss from our fencng programmes.
