Weight Loss Plan - Again!!!

Okay, in my series of weight loss plan, I never really follow the plan. So, right now, my spirit to lose weight is shooting up through the roof!! Yes!! I will never give up this time!! And I will definitely do a more reasonable plan.
So, what do I do? I divided my plan into three phases:
Phase 1 = lose 20 pounds
Phase 2 = lose another 20 pounds
Phase 3 = maintain the loses of the 40 pounds and build muscles
So, how do I do my weight loss plan?
