Time for an update!

Well, I am in the middle of final exams week right now. Alhamdulillah, Allah helped me a lot to go through these tough times.. I have stopped crying now and I tried to not think about my grandmother. I need to focus. She’ll be sad if I failed my exams because I think of her too much. So, I decide, life must go on.
On December 2, 2007, I participated in NIWFA Christmas Invitational Fencing Tournament which was held in Jersey City. Alhamdulillah, I managed to advance into semi-finals and ranked number 14 out of 47 that was present on that day. Thanks Allah for your help and guidance =)
On November 22, 2007 (Thursday), Latifah, Syafiq, Afiq and I went to watch Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Right after enjoying the awesome parade with such beautiful weather, all 4 of us went to Mary’s house (Linda’s mother-in-law) in New York. It was such a great evening. I really love Linda and her family. I feel that they are like my own family.. Linda is always there for me when I need her.. I promised myself that I will always be there when she needs me. My friendship (or coach-athlete relationship) with her has sparks new dreams within me that I value a lot..
