Well, I’ve written this before but my computer suddenly hanged up on me =(, so, I have to write this all over again - and yes, this version is kinda shorter than the one before. Lazy to type. Haha.

Anyway, on Friday, October 19, we had our annual Malaysian Night (RAYA). I was the decoration person and the decoration didn’t go as what I had dreamed. =( The night was wonderful, though. I have to congratulate the performers for fabulous performance. ^_^

On Tuesday, October 23, Linda, some other fencing girls and I went to hear a talk at Cobra Fencing Club. It was on the “New Fencing Paradigm” which featured some good tactics and strategy that could be used in tournaments.

On Friday, October 26, about some of us volunteered to go and fence some people at NY Fencers’ Club. It was a good practice!!! I really needed a practice against lefties since we do not have any foil lefties. It was awesome!! I wanted to join but the cost is $275/year. I wish I have more allowance so that I could pay for this club. It was comparatively cheap since non-collegiate fencers have to pay about $875/year just for a membership. Well, fencing is the most expensive sports I know. Huhu =P

On Saturday, October 27, we had Fencing Team Party to bond all of us together!! Well, it’s not like we’re not bonded. Lol. And the theme for this year is Halloween!!!!! This is my first Halloween party ever. I didn’t know what to wear, so, I went through my closet and found some stuff that I could mix n’ match =) I kinda ended up being SpiderLady - nickname given to me during the party - I was cute, wasn’t I? Lol!!! And look at Danielle, she is lovely!

Danielle is the third one from the left. She’s standing right next to me in white. I really like her body built and her charming face (Please, don’t call me gay). The one next to me in black is my best fencing buddy~ RAWR!!!!! And the one that serve as my role model is Nat, the first one from the left. She’s wearing white dress that she made by herself. She is very fast during fencing bouts. Fatimah is the second one from the left and Megan P is the first on from the right. Megan is such a sweet girl. I love the foil team!!!!

On Sunday, October 28, we had Round Robins during our fencing practice which was 2pm - 5pm. We had to fence everyone else competitively. Oh well, one thing that I regretted was that I didn’t eat anything before going to practice since I was so busy trying to do my homework. I ended up getting REALLY TIRED even after only 1 bout. Urgh =(

On Monday, October 29, I was so anxiously waiting for my iPod Nano (3rd Generation) to arrive only to find out that it hasn’t arrived yet!! Oh wait, I haven’t told you about the iPod Nano yet, have I? It’s the next gift I got doing the freebie sites!! Click here to get your own free ipod nano! =) (Regretfully, it is only opened for US and Canada residents) I hope it will arrive tomorrow!!! ^_^

And right now, 1 AM of October 30, 2007, I have just finished tutoring Calculus my fellow fencer in Epee, Meagan. Right now, I’m like, the main tutor for calculus 3 and 4, plus additional tutor special for fencers for calculus 1 and 2. Well, my mom is a Mathematics teacher, so, I guess, the “tutoring” is in my blood ^_^ Actually, I’ve been having terrible confidence issues since the time I stepped into Stevens. So, tutoring really helped me a lot to be more confident in myself.

And, that’s not all. I had a HUGE surprise right after Meagan left. Guess what? My PageRank has improved to PR3!!! And the PageRank for CoolSavings4U has improved to PR2!!! Thanks Allah!! I really appreciate this nice little surprise ^_^

And to those whom I promised to write reviews for their blogs, I will start making something like “Blog of The Week” starting from this Wednesday (which is, tomorrow). So, stay tuned! =)

P/S: I’ll be gone for this weekend to compete in Temple Open Fencing. Wish me luck! Do pray for my success ^_^
