Tribute to Marie Joan

One of my friends whom I had known for a while in choir, has passed away 2 days ago due to jetski accident in Florida. I was very saddened by this news since Marie Joan is one of the best person I’ve ever met in Stevens, and I’m quite close to her little sister, Anne.
I wish I could do something for Anne, to reduce the sadness of the family. Ronen Peled, the choir president, have written this email to Anne, representing a letter from all of us.
Hi Anne,
As choir President, I shall lead the choir in saying that all of us are sorry for your sister’s passing.
Your sister was an extraordinary woman, a beautiful person. She did it all, community service, tutoring, graduated from stevens in three years with a masters degree, and bachelors. She researched, she simply was amazing.
It truly is not fair, and my prayers, thoughts are with you in this hard time, and by god, if there’s anything that any of us in the choir can do, please let us know. Stevens support staff is always there for you and your brother. When I had the stroke of my grandmother happen to me, the Stevens staff was there for me immensely and still is there.
I know that while this is not fair, at least all of us can be grateful for the special moments we had with Marie Joan, and those memories shall not perish by any means. They will live in me, you, and the rest
of us.
Your sister touched a lot of people, and she will truly be missed.
