July 4 - A day at Epcot, Disney World

In Florida, Disney World has 4 team parks - Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and MGM Studios. Among these 4 parks, Afiq and I chose to visit Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Therefore, on July 4, we spent the whole day at Epcot, enjoying the rides and sceneries.

epcot.jpgEpcot is built revolving around “Future” and also “World”. It is divided into 2 sections as I mentioned before. There are not many thrill rides in Epcot since most of the rides are located in the “Future” sections and mainly built using Simulators instead of real roller coasters. One of the many rides they have there is “Test Track”, which 6 of you will be put into a car that undergoes through different kind of tests before being sold to customers. I enjoyed “Test Track” the most out of all the rides they have in Epcot! Apiez had taken a whole video while we were riding the car. I’ll post it here as soon as I’ve finished uploading it in YouTube.


Some of the best simulators in Epcot is the Mars Adventure, which you ride a rocket to Mars. There are 4 people in a team and I had the role of Navigator! Lol. It was fun role-playing in the rocket although I really felt nervous before getting into the simulation flight. It made me dizzy a little though. Then, they have ” Soarin’ ” which is also using simulator. I didn’t go onto this ride though since I was already too tired and dizzy from all the walking. Epcot is so big, you know. I think it’s almost as big as the whole Sunway area. Hehe. As for the “Soarin’ ” ride, my friends told me that you’ll sit in a theater where the chairs will be taken a bit higher from the ground. So, you’ll feel as if you’re gliding around the world. When you came across a garden, they will spray a smell just like as if you were in the garden. Isn’t that cool? I really missed out on that one.

mexican.jpg Next, they have the “World” section, which is a small town featuring famous cities in the world such as China, Tokyo, Canada, Mexico, etc. The picture on the left is me wearing Mexican hat! This place is more towards sightseeing, taking pictures, learning the culture and tasting various food.

    I think you can have the pictures well aligned between the text. Use float alignment.
