3rd day

Time: 5.41pm

Weight right now: 162lbs , nice! going down 1 lb each day.

I took the pill with a full glass of water and a cup of cereals. I didn’t feel nauseous today. And the weight reducing cream has arrived! I will be putting it on each time before a meal. Hopefully this will produce good results! =)

Tae-Bo

Have you ever heard about Tae-Bo? Yaya once told me about Tae-Bo which is a form of exercise to maintain health and also to slim down & trim. She said that among all of the workouts, Tae-Bo makes her sweat a lot, which is a good thing. I plan to include this exercise as shown in the video I embedded into my daily activities. I hope this will help me to trim myself faster. If you are interested in Tae-Bo, you could watch some videos on YouTube or you can buy the DVDs.



2nd day of slimming craze

Well, since only Zentrex-3 has arrived to my mailbox, I have just started using it, without any other medications I listed in my previous post. I started out with only 1 pill instead of 2 to give my body some time to adjust.

Slimming Craze

Okay, so, the latest news is I am currently undergoing a slimming craze. I’ve realized that I am overweight and I should address this problem as soon as possible before it becomes just purely impossible to treat it aside from having a lipo surgery (which I won’t be able to afford.Lol)


Besides, I will be one of the important fencers in Stevens next academic year (which is, this September). Having a lighter body will help me to move faster than ever - which is the most important factor to win. Agility.

Have you got your own Mozilla Firefox yet?

If you are surfing this website using Internet Explorer, you are really missing out on all the fun. Firstly, by using Mozilla Firefox, you will be able to cut the websites’ loading time to at least by half! Imagine how much time have you spent on the internet waiting all those website to finish loading. I know, it is pretty annoying. By reducing it by at least half, you could spend more time with your wife and kids and even that gaming system in that corner.


I have been using Mozilla for about 2 years now and I’ve seen a significant difference between Mozilla and IE. When I was using IE, I always ended up stressed out since all the websites took ages to load. With Mozilla, everything loads pretty quickly and beautifully. Even the Google Toolbar is awesome.
