Weight right now: 162lbs , nice! going down 1 lb each day.
I took the pill with a full glass of water and a cup of cereals. I didn’t feel nauseous today. And the weight reducing cream has arrived! I will be putting it on each time before a meal. Hopefully this will produce good results! =)
