I’ve just realized that my page rank have increased to 1 instead of 0 like usual. I know it’s not high but it means a great deal to me! For now, I haven’t had much frequent readers yet, except, of course, my family and friends. I will write more actively on this blog - Thanks for all your support!

Trip to Cold Stone

Afiq and I went to Cold Stone yesterday - they serve the best ice creams in the world! (Not to mention that we spent 10 friggin’ bucks on 2 small ice creams.. I wish they could sell the ice creams cheaper). Anyway, the picture below is the main reason why I don’t like to be the photographer. Out of 20 pictures we took yesterday, I’ve realized only 2 of them are mine while all the others are Afiq’s.



If by chance, you are in the US, I recommend you to try the Cold Stone Ice Cream for at least once! Don’t go too regularly,though, unless you have endless money. They are well, very expensive, but worth it for once in a while.

If you want to reward yourself for something good you’ve done, going Cold Stone is one of the best idea! =)



DOTA - Game Review

I chatted with one of my friends today and I was quite surprise that he didn’t know what DOTA is. DOTA is actually a custom game in the warcraft series which is made by Icefrog. It is one of the most popular custom warcraft game - well known almost everywhere. So, for those who do not know what DOTA actually is, I hope this video will help you get a general view. DOTA is my first most favorite game that I have ever played in my life. =) I would also like to share this video with everyone who loves DOTA.



In general, DOTA is a strategy game in which the players have to defense their own base using their chosen heroes while penetrating the enemy’s base and taking down their most important structure - “Tree of Life” for The Sentinel and “The Frozen Throne” for the Scourge. Each heroes have four different combinations of power and a balanced character. None of the heroes are too strong or to weak. They each have their own specialties and this is what made the game special and addicting. You will not feel bored since you can do thousands of power combinations to win.

This game is suitable for both boys and girls and for all ages. You can be as old as 80 and still enjoy the game! The game is all about strategy, timing and teamwork. From my point of view, this game can increase the focus and enhanced critical thinking of the players, especially in children and teenagers.
